Serena Williams × Audemars Piguet: the Royal Oak goes pink
White ceramic, pink mother-of-pearl and a decade-long connection. Serena Williams puts her own spin on the Royal Oak.

White ceramic. Pink mother-of-pearl. Serena Williams’ first co-designed Audemars Piguet takes the Royal Oak’s familiar shape somewhere personal.
Serena Williams knows how to make an entrance. Her Royal Oak has the same instinct: a bright white case and bracelet surrounding a pink dial that shifts with the light. The octagonal bezel and exposed screws are still unmistakably AP. The colour combination gives them a fresh attitude.
Unveiled on 15 September 2026, the Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph “Serena Williams” Limited Edition follows more than a decade of Williams’ relationship with the manufacture. This time, she helped design the watch. The result fits into a 38 mm case, with enough presence to hold its own against the draped brown dress in the campaign.

Ceramic with a softer side
The official photographs make the contrast easy to see. White ceramic keeps the bezel crisp, while the dial has the uneven glow that makes mother-of-pearl worth looking at twice. In one shot it reads almost blush; in another, a stronger pink pushes through. Satin-brushed surfaces and polished bevels give the white case its own changes in light.
The bracelet doubles down on that all-white finish. A pink rubber strap offers another way to wear it, pulling the dial’s colour right across the wrist. Set on a stack of notebooks in AP’s product shot, that version feels more relaxed without losing the Royal Oak outline.
A signature in the details
Inside is the integrated Calibre 6401 chronograph. Its counters sit at three and nine o’clock, and the date lands between four and five. Turn the watch over and the movement is visible through the caseback. Those are serious watchmaking details, but the pink centre remains the first thing you notice.
AP’s campaign brings Williams together with Teyana Taylor and J Balvin. The company around the watch makes sense: an athlete whose influence reaches well beyond tennis, presented alongside artists with their own unmistakable identities.
The strongest detail is still the simplest. White ceramic gives the Royal Oak a clean frame; pink mother-of-pearl keeps it from feeling clinical. Williams has made a familiar watch look immediately hers.
